The scenario

A single-location independent veterinary clinic in suburban Texas. Two veterinarians, four technicians. Mix of canine and feline wellness, dental, surgery, and urgent intake.

What the diagnostic surfaced

The diagnostic pulled 60 days of call records and Google Business Profile activity. Findings:

The mechanism we deployed

Two interventions, deployed in parallel over the first week:

  1. 24/7 AI receptionist with veterinary triage logic built in. Urgent intake (lethargy, vomiting, bleeding, ingestion) routed to the practice's emergency line or the partnered 24/7 ER clinic. Wellness and routine inquiries booked into the next-available slot.
  2. Preventive-care reminder cadence — automated text to existing patients at 11 months post-last-exam, then again at 12 months and 13 months if no booking. Each message included a one-click booking link.
